Policy expiration alerts
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Agency Owners and Managers who need to stay ahead of expiring client policies.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in to your Koffyr agency portal.
- Policies must be added to an insured before expiration tracking begins.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”Read the expiration badge
Section titled “Read the expiration badge”- Open any insured’s detail page and scroll to the Policies card.
- Policies within 60 days of expiration show a colored badge next to the expiration date:
- Yellow — expiring within 60 days
- Amber — expiring within 30 days
- Red — expiring within 7 days
- Red (Expired) — past expiration date
- No badge appears for policies with more than 60 days remaining.
This badge is live today — it’s the fastest way to see what’s coming due.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- Once a policy is renewed (expiration date updated), the badge updates and no further alerts fire for the old expiration date.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- I am not receiving reminder emails. This is expected right now — automatic expiration emails are not yet live (see “Coming soon” above). There’s nothing wrong with your account or role; check the expiration badge on each insured’s Policies card instead.
- A policy shows an expiration badge but is already renewed. Update the expiration date on the policy record — the badge recalculates from the stored date.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Insured details — view and update policies for a specific insured.
- Your insured directory — browse all insureds.
