Your records (insured accounts)
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Insured-business accounts who want to see their own policies, certificates, and endorsements in one place. This is for agencies’ clients with a full Koffyr account — not the lighter magic-link recipient portal.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need an insured-business account — an agency has connected your business to Koffyr and you’ve signed in. Personal accounts (no business behind them) don’t have records to show.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”- Open Records from the sidebar (desktop) or the bottom navigation (mobile).
- Switch between the Policies, Certificates, and Endorsements tabs to see each kind of record.
- Click any row to open that record’s detail page.
- On the detail page, review the coverage figures — limits, deductible, and named insureds — and any official documents attached to it.
- If a renewal is currently underway for this record, click through to follow its progress.
- From a document’s row, click the Record badge to jump straight to that record’s detail page; from a record’s document list, use the same link in reverse.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Nothing changes on the agency’s side when you view your records — this is a read-only view of data your agency maintains.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I don’t see a Records option at all. This surface is only available to insured-business accounts. If you signed in with a personal account, or via a one-off magic link from your agency, you won’t see it.
