Your public COI intake portal
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Agency owners or admins who want to give certificate holders, landlords, or vendors a way to ask for a COI without emailing your team directly.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You must be an Owner or Administrator on your agency.
- Your agency profile must have a logo and a handle set (see Set up your agency profile).
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”- Go to Settings → Organization.
- Toggle Enable public COI intake on.
- Copy the intake URL that appears below the toggle.
- Share that URL wherever your agency accepts COI requests today (website, email signature, vendor onboarding packet).
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- When a requester submits the form, a COI request appears in your Requests dashboard.
- Your agency’s logo and brand color are shown to the requester throughout the flow, so the experience feels like an extension of your agency.
- The requester sees a live status page that updates automatically as you take action on the request.
- From your dashboard, you can approve or deny the request.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- The URL returns “Not found.” Make sure Enable public COI intake is on for your agency. The public endpoint only resolves when that flag is set.
- Requesters aren’t seeing our logo. Confirm your logo is uploaded on Settings → Organization and try a hard refresh; the public branding endpoint is cached briefly.
