Any team member — agent, admin, or owner — who sets up reusable request content for your agency.

What’s in the library

Section titled “What’s in the library”
  • Playbooks — reusable packets of documents, forms, and agreements you attach to a request and send to a client in one go. Each playbook has its own workflow, which you can edit in the visual workflow editor.
  • Questionnaires — HTML-based structured data forms your clients fill out in the browser.
  • Forms (PDF) — PDFs with fillable fields and e-signature.
  • ACORD Forms — customizable certificate templates (ACORD 25, 27, 28) you configure once; Koffyr’s cert engine renders the PDF at issuance.
  • Document Catalog — categories for documents your agency accepts (e.g., driver’s license, proof of insurance).
  • Agreements — short text items clients accept or decline.
  • Additional Insured Wording — preset wording blocks for consistent Additional Insured language across COIs.
  • Coverage rules — E&O guardrails that define which COI requests are auto-approved, flagged for review, or blocked. Includes a block list for requesters who should never receive a COI.
  • Documents — your agency’s document vault showing issued certificates (Owned by us) and documents shared with your agency via a COI request (Shared with us).
