Manage your billing and plan
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Agency Owners who manage their Koffyr subscription — viewing the current plan, changing tiers, and updating payment details. The Billing page is visible only to Owners; all other roles see the Settings menu without a Billing entry.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You must be the Owner of your agency. Only one person per agency holds the Owner role.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”View your current plan
Section titled “View your current plan”- Go to Settings → Billing.
- The page header shows your current plan (Free, Starter, Core, or Pro), subscription status, seat count, and — if you’re on Free or Starter — your monthly send quota.
Upgrade or change plans
Section titled “Upgrade or change plans”- Go to Settings → Billing.
- The plan comparison table lists available plans with their features and prices.
- Click Select on the plan you want. A secure hosted checkout flow opens in the same tab.
- Complete payment at checkout. After checkout, Koffyr updates your plan automatically.
Manage payment, invoices, or downgrade
Section titled “Manage payment, invoices, or downgrade”- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage Billing in the page header. Your billing portal opens in a new tab.
- From the portal you can: update your payment method, download past invoices, change your billing interval (monthly ↔ annual), downgrade your plan, or cancel.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Plan changes take effect immediately. Your seat limit and send quota update as soon as the subscription change is confirmed. If your monthly send quota is exhausted before the next billing cycle, sending new requests is blocked until the quota resets at the start of the next calendar month — or you upgrade.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“I can’t see the Billing tab in Settings.” Only the Owner role can view billing. If you need to update billing and you’re not the Owner, ask your agency Owner to make the change.
“My plan shows as past due.” A banner appears on your dashboard when payment fails. Click Update billing in the banner to open your billing portal and update your payment method. Failed payments are retried automatically. After the grace period (7 days by default), write actions are blocked until billing is resolved.
“My send quota is exhausted.” Upgrade to Starter or Core from the plan comparison table to increase or remove your monthly limit. Quota resets at the start of each calendar month — you do not need to take any action if you’re willing to wait.
“The plan comparison table is blank.” Your agency admin may need to activate billing for your installation. Contact support if you believe this is an error.
