Insured detail page
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Any agency team member viewing a specific insured’s coverage profile. Owners and Managers can edit details and manage policies.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in to your Koffyr agency portal.
- Navigate to Insureds and click any row to open an insured’s detail page.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”View insured information
Section titled “View insured information”The top of the detail page shows the insured’s name, DBA, contact details, and FEIN (masked by default).
Reveal FEIN
Section titled “Reveal FEIN”- Locate the FEIN field — it displays as
**-***NNNNby default. - Click Reveal to show the full number in plain text for this session.
Edit insured details
Section titled “Edit insured details”- Click Edit in the insured header.
- Update name, DBA, email, phone, address, or FEIN.
- Click Save.
View policies
Section titled “View policies”The Policies card below the insured header lists all policies for this insured. Each row shows carrier, policy number, line of business, effective and expiration dates, limits, and an expiration badge when a policy is close to expiring.
Add a policy
Section titled “Add a policy”- Click Add policy in the Policies card header.
- Fill in carrier, policy number, line of business, effective date, and expiration date (required).
- Add optional limits, deductible, named insureds, and pre-approved additional insureds.
- Click Save.
Edit a policy
Section titled “Edit a policy”- Click the edit icon on any policy row.
- Update the fields you need.
- Click Save.
Export policies to CSV
Section titled “Export policies to CSV”- Open the export options from the Policies card or the CSV export panel.
- Select Policies as the export type.
- Click Export. A CSV file downloads to your computer.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- Policy changes take effect immediately and are reflected in coverage-rule evaluations for any open COI requests.
- An expiration badge appears on any policy within 60 days of its expiration date.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- The Policies card shows “Failed to load policies.” This can occur if a policy has an unrecognized line of business value. Contact support.
- I cannot edit a policy. Only Owners and Managers can add or edit policies. Ask your agency Owner to make the change.
