Who this is for

Anyone signing in to Koffyr whose account is an insured business or a personal account — not an agency. If you sign in to an agency account, see Your agency dashboard instead.

Before you start

No setup required. What you see depends on your account type and populates automatically.

What you’ll see

If your account is an insured business:

Greeting and attention callout — a summary of anything that needs your attention right now.
Stat tiles — Needs your action, In progress, and Active policies.
Needs your action — a task list of items waiting on you, each with a Continue button.
Your active policies — a card for each policy you hold, with carrier, expiry, and the agency that issued it.
Renewals in progress — any policy with an active renewal underway, linking to its renewal detail.
Recent activity — your latest events across requests and renewals.

If your account has no organization (a personal account):

You’ll see a short greeting and a New request button — nothing insurance-specific is shown, since there’s no policy or agency data tied to a personal account.

What happens next

Clicking Continue on a task-list item takes you to that item’s detail page to finish what’s needed. Clicking into a renewal opens its detail at /r/renewals/{id}.

Troubleshooting

One section shows an error but the rest of the page loaded fine. Each section of the page loads its data independently — if one section (for example, Renewals in progress) can’t load, only that section shows an error; the rest of the page still works normally.

Requests in your workspace — the Requests experience for insured and personal accounts.
Insured authenticated portal — the /r/* legacy page (Your renewals) that remains outside this workspace.
