Your profile

Who this is for

Section titled “Who this is for”

All Koffyr users — agents, managers, owners — managing their personal account details. No elevated permissions are required to view your own profile.

Before you start

No special setup is required. Your profile information is populated from your sign-in account automatically.

Step-by-step

Section titled “Step-by-step”
  1. Sign in and click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Profile under the Personal section of the settings navigation rail.

Your Profile page shows:

  • Your email address with a verified badge.
  • Your current role in the agency (Owner, Manager, CSR, or Producer).
  • A card for the agency workspace you are signed into, showing the agency name, handle, and your role.

What happens next

Profile information displayed here is read-only and reflects your current sign-in account. Role changes must be made by an Owner from the Members settings page.

Troubleshooting

My role is wrong. Role assignments are managed by agency Owners. Ask your Owner to update your role from the Members page in Settings.

My email address is wrong. Your email address is tied to your sign-in account. Contact support if you need to update the email address associated with your Koffyr account.
