Your agency dashboard

All agency team members — the dashboard is the default landing page after signing in to an agency-scoped account.

No setup required. The dashboard populates automatically from your agency’s active requests and policy data.

The dashboard has four zones, top to bottom:

  1. Greeting line — a one-sentence summary of your agency’s current state, pulled from live request and book-of-business data.
  2. Stats grid — key agency metrics at a glance.
  3. Today panel — requests that are stuck or urgent, ranked by severity (critical in rust, watch in gold, info in blue) then by due date — shown side-by-side with an Activity panel.
  4. Expiring this week — policies expiring within 7 days with a direct link to start the renewal process.

Act on an urgent request:

  1. Locate a row in the Today panel. The colored bar on the left shows severity; the grey text below the request name explains why it is stuck (e.g., “Coverage gap on GL”, “Missing cert holder”).
  2. Click the row to open the full request detail page.
  3. Resolve the issue described — add the missing information, approve the request, or notify the insured.

Check recent activity:

The Activity panel next to Today shows the latest activity across all your requests — no need to switch tabs, both panels are always visible.

Start a renewal from the expiring strip:

  1. Find the policy row in the Expiring this week strip.
  2. Click Start renewal. The renewal wizard opens pre-filled with that policy’s details.

Navigate to a process page:

From the dashboard you can reach any process page (Renewals, Certificates, Intake, Endorsements, Other) via the left sidebar.

The dashboard refreshes its data when you navigate to it. If a request is resolved or an expiring policy is renewed, it disappears from the relevant strip on your next visit. If any part of the dashboard can’t load its data, that panel shows a clear error state rather than pretending nothing needs your attention.
