Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”All Koffyr users who want to review and control which devices have active access to their account. No elevated permissions are required — everyone can manage their own sessions.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”No special setup is required. Session information is populated automatically from your sign-in activity.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”Viewing your active sessions
Section titled “Viewing your active sessions”- Sign in and click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Select Security under the Personal section of the settings navigation rail.
- The page lists every device and browser that has an active session for your account.
For each session, you will see:
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Operating system and browser.
- Approximate location (based on IP address).
- Last active time.
- A This device badge on your current session.
Signing out a specific session
Section titled “Signing out a specific session”- Find the session you want to end in the list.
- Click Sign out next to that session. The session is immediately revoked.
Signing out everywhere else
Section titled “Signing out everywhere else”- Click Sign out everywhere except this device at the bottom of the sessions panel.
- All sessions except your current one are revoked immediately.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- Revoked sessions cannot be used to access Koffyr. The user must sign in again with a new magic link.
- Your current session is not affected when you sign out other sessions.
- The sessions list refreshes automatically after a revocation.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I see sessions I don’t recognise. If you see an unfamiliar device or location, click Sign out everywhere except this device immediately to revoke all other sessions, then contact support if you believe your account was accessed without your authorisation.
The sessions list is empty. You should always see at least your current session. If the list appears empty, try refreshing the page. If it remains empty, contact support.
