Process list pages — Renewals, Certificates, Intake, Endorsements, Other
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”All agents — the Process pages are the primary way to browse and manage COI work by type. Owners and managers also use them to oversee workload across the team.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”The Processes section appears in the sidebar under the Processes group. You need to have at least one request template configured in the Library for each process type you use.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”Browse your work by process type:
- Click Renewals, Certificates, Intake, Endorsements, or Other Requests in the sidebar.
- Each page shows a list of requests filtered to that process type, with columns tailored to that kind of work.
- Use the initiator tabs (All / Agency / Insured / Vendor) on the Certificates and Intake pages to filter by who started each request.
- Click any row to open the full request detail page.
Start a new request from a Process page:
- Click the + New [Process type] button in the page header (for example, + Issue Certificate on the Certificates page).
- Complete the multi-step wizard — each wizard is tailored to the relevant process. The wizard validates each step before letting you advance.
- On submit, Koffyr creates the request with the correct category and initiator type and routes you back to the list with a confirmation toast.
Handle incoming triage requests (Certificates page only):
- When an external vendor submits a COI request via your public intake portal, a red banner appears at the top of the Certificates page with a count of pending-triage requests.
- Click Resolve in the banner to see just the pending-triage requests, then open each one to match it to a known insured or reject it.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- After submitting a wizard, the new request appears in the list immediately. The coverage rules engine evaluates it automatically — routine requests can proceed without any agent action.
- The duplicate-detection check on the Certificate wizard warns you before creating a request that looks identical to a recent one for the same insured and cert holder.
- The self-service invite path on the Intake wizard generates a copyable URL your prospect can use to fill in their own intake form — no email required.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I don’t see any requests on a Process page. The page filters by template category. If your existing requests were created before the category field was added, they will appear under Other Requests (NULL category). New requests created via the process wizards carry the correct category.
The ’+ New’ button is grayed out. Your role may not have permission to create requests. Check with your agency owner.
