You got a link from your
insurance agency.
Your agency uses Koffyr to manage certificates of insurance, policy documents, and intake forms. This page explains what Koffyr is, who can see your data, and what you can do from the portal.
Your agency's client portal.
Koffyr is a software platform that independent insurance agencies use to issue certificates of insurance (COIs), collect renewal information, and manage client documents — all in one branded portal.
When your agency sends you a Koffyr link, they're giving you access to their portal so you can request a COI, complete a renewal questionnaire, or sign a document — without having to email back and forth or call during business hours.
The portal is branded to your agency. If you see a link to cooperinsurance.koffyr.com, that's your agency's branded portal — Koffyr is the technology running it, but your agency is your point of contact for anything policy-related.
Who can see what.
Your data belongs to your agency's relationship with you — not to Koffyr.
Your agent and their team have full access to your records, requests, and documents — the same as they always have.
You can view and download your own COIs, documents, and completed forms from the portal at any time.
Koffyr can see your data as a data processor (we store and operate the platform), but we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to your agency. We do not sell it, analyze it for marketing, or share it with third parties outside of our published sub-processor list.
