too many Fridays disappear.
We're a small team inside Valtio Inc. building the tools we wished existed when we sat next to insurance CSRs in 2025.
Why Koffyr exists.
We started by shadowing CSRs at independent agencies — sitting next to them on busy Thursdays, watching what they actually did. By the third agency, the pattern was unmistakable.
The work was COIs. The pain wasn't just the time — it was that the time landed on the same people doing renewals, and the second-order cost was carrier relationships.
We talked to E&O underwriters. We looked at what Certificate Hero and Vertafore cost. We met agencies priced out of both. Koffyr is what we built for them.

Built inside Valtio Inc.
Valtio is the holding company. Koffyr is the insurance vertical. The two companies share a small operations footprint but Koffyr is run as its own product, priced for the small-agency market, and accountable to its own customers.
